In May 2015, Christine’s Hope for Kids awarded PEI Kids a grant to provide Child Assault Prevention and Bully Prevention workshops for third-grade and first-grade students in Trenton Public Schools.
Events & Trainings
At the “Enough Abuse” presentation at the Zonta Club of Trenton/Mercer on November 6, 2014, PEI Kids and the Greater Mercer Coalition to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse reached a milestone of teaching over 1,000 community members how to recognize possible child sexual abuse and how to respond appropriately.

On July 29, 2015, Mother/Daughter Support Group participants enjoy performances by the Trenton Circus Squad followed by a demonstration and one-on-one instruction in circus arts.
In May 2015, participants of the Mother/Daughter Support Group took part in a Body Flow session, which is a combination of Tai-Chi, Yoga, and Pilates. Benefits from these sessions include relaxation, awareness, and better mind-body coordination.
