PEI Kids’ Board Member Loni Hand Receives Community Champion Award

Hamilton, NJ – June 2, 2015 – PEI Kids’ staff along with friends and family members of PEI Kids’ Board Secretary, Loni Hand, Esq. gathered to celebrate her achievements at the Molina Medicaid Solutions

Community Champion Awards ceremony at Nottingham Ballroom where Ms. Hand received the 2015 Community Champion Award for outstanding service to the community.

Loni Hand was nominated by PEI Kids to receive the Community Champions award. Since joining the PEI Kids’ Board of Trustees in 2011, she has been an advocate of the agency’s programs and services and dedicated her expertise to improve the agency’s strategic planning and enhance its governance, oversight and organizational effectiveness.

“Loni has made incredible contributions to PEI Kids, other noteworthy organizations, and the children of Mercer County,” said PEI Kids’ Executive Director Roslyn Dashiell. “Her selfless dedication and quiet determination to have a positive impact demonstrates everything that a community champion should be,” she added.

Loni has chaired PEI Kids’ Dinner & Auction Event Committee and volunteered on the Wine & Food Tasting Event Committee since 2011. She also served on the agency’s Executive Search Committee in 2014.
